Union Heights is a 325-unit apartment community located in Northeast DC. The community features two interior courtyards, a swimming pool, and a clubroom. Quartz countertops and EnergyStar® appliances are featured in the studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. A five-story building on slab on grade with a small podium at the top, the community shares a garage with the adjacent building, Flats at Atlas.

As part of the project, AMG was responsible for all interior millwork, including countertops, paneling, vanities, counters, closets, and kitchens.
